  11. Swiss cheese - 2 slices
  12. buns - 2 halves (buttered for toasting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, girkin relish, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Garnishes: Slice red onions, dill pickles, and tomatoes. Get cos lettuce ready.
  3. Toast Buns: Butter the buns and toast them in a cast iron pan on medium heat until evenly toasted.
  4. Cook Burger Patty: Season the patty with salt, cook in a cast iron pan over high heat, flipping a couple of times until desired doneness. Add Swiss cheese and let melt.
  5. Assemble Burger: Apply sauce on both bun halves. Layer lettuce, pickles, burger patty, tomatoes, and red onions. Top with the other bun half.
