  5. lime juice - from 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Cook rice: Rinse rice until water runs almost clear. Add water to the first knuckle and cook in a rice cooker or pot until water has evaporated.
  2. Season rice: Fluff cooked rice and season with Japanese spice mix, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix well.
