Instructions
Prepare the Dough: Dust the working surface with flour and semolina. Press and stretch the pizza dough to form a 12-inch base.
Add Toppings: Spread tomato sauce evenly on the dough. Add basil leaves, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and distribute fresh mozzarella.
Cook the Pizza: Drizzle olive oil over the toppings. Transfer the pizza to a preheated pizza oven. Cook with a lower flame until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve.
