Ingredients

  1. boneless ribeye - 1 lb
  2. hoagie rolls - 2
  3. butter - 6 Tbs
  4. large onion - 1
  5. worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  6. provolone cheese - 8 slices
  7. salt - to taste (to taste)
  8. pepper - to taste (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ribeye: Start with your ribeye, then cut it into nice thin slices.
  2. Saute the Onions: Grab an onion and give it a tap tap tap. On medium heat, melt butter and saute the onions until golden brown.
  3. Cook the Beef: Add our beef to another frying pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for four minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add Worcestershire Sauce: Then add in some Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Combine Beef and Onions: Place the onions on top of the beef and cover with provolone cheese. Cover until the cheese is melted.
  6. Toast the Bread: Lastly, slice butter and brown the bread.
  7. Assemble the Sandwich: Fill the toasted hoagie rolls with the beef, onion, and cheese mixture. Your cheesesteak sandwich is ready to serve.
