  4. garlic cloves - 3-4 (smashed)
  5. rosemary - 3 sprigs (chopped)
  6. ground lamb - watch the video to see
  7. tomato puree - watch the video to see
  8. bay leaves - a couple (dried)
  9. Worcestershire sauce - 10 dashes
  10. lamb or beef stock - watch the video to see
  11. frozen peas - watch the video to see
  12. potatoes - watch the video to see (for mashing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Dice carrot and onion, chop garlic and rosemary.
  2. Cook Meat and Vegetables: Brown lamb in a pan. In another pan, sauté onions, carrots, garlic, and rosemary. Combine meat with vegetables, add tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and stock.
  3. Simmer: Simmer the mixture to thicken, then add peas.
  4. Prepare Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, then mash to a stiff consistency.
  5. Assemble and Bake: Layer meat mixture in a dish, cover with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese, and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
