Instructions
Prepare Sauce: Sauté garlic, onion, and pepper in vegetable oil. Add minced meat and cook until browned. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Cover and cook until the sauce thickens.
Cook Spaghetti: Boil water with a little salt, add spaghetti, and cook for seven minutes.
Combine and Serve: Drain the spaghetti and top with the meat sauce. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
