Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream: Pour 2 1/2 cups of room temperature heavy whipping cream into the butter churn.
  2. Churn the Cream: Cover the churn and roll it for about 10 to 15 minutes until the buttermilk separates from the butter.
  3. Separate Buttermilk: Open the churn and save the buttermilk for later use.
  4. Mold the Butter: Place the butter in iced water and mold it into your desired shape.
  5. Wrap and Store: Wrap the molded butter in parchment paper and place it in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
