  5. milk - 1/2 liter (1/2 liter)
  6. cream - 1/2 liter (1/2 liter)
  7. salt - 2 teaspoons (2 teaspoons)
  8. grated cheese - 100 g (100 g, dense cheese or mozzarella recommended)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream mixture: Bring milk and cream to a boil in a pot.
  2. Cook potatoes: Add thinly sliced potatoes, chopped onions, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Add cheese: Stir in the grated cheese until melted and the mixture is creamy.
