Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: Mix ground bean sauce, hoisin sauce, red fermented bean curd, Shaoxing wine, red wine, garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper, and five spice powder in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the Pork: Pierce the pork with a fork to help the marinade absorb better. Place the pork in a bag, pour the marinade over it, then mix and massage the marinade into the meat from the outside of the bag. Seal and marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
  3. Air Fry the Pork: Place the marinated pork in the air fryer tray. Cook at 385°F for 10 minutes. Brush honey onto the pork before flipping each piece. After another 10 minutes, brush honey onto the other side of the pork.
  4. Rest and Serve: Let the meat rest for a few minutes, then cut it into half-inch thick slices and serve.
