Prepare Tomato Mixture: In a pan add sesame seed oil, and mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts, hing, garlic, chop ginger, curry leaves, and cook it. Add chopped tomatoes, some onions, let it cook until onions are slightly colored.
Add Spices and Rice: Now add chilli powder, garam masala, some salt, cook it for some time until tomatoes are slightly cooked, add chopped coriander leaves, and add cooked basmati rice, mix it well.
