  2. onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
  3. garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
  4. parsley - 2 tablespoons (fresh, chopped)
  5. panko breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup (for topping)
  6. pasta - 200 grams (any type, cooked al dente)
  7. olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for sautéing and drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Chop the fresh parsley. Drain the smoked tinned fish and flake it into pieces.
  2. Cook pasta: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.
  4. Add fish and combine: Add the flaked smoked fish to the pan and gently warm through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
