Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Blend the breadsticks in a mixer until fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter, pour into a springform pan, compact the bottom, and refrigerate to firm up.
  2. Prepare the Cream: In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Add softened gelatin, mix, and turn off the heat. Incorporate Philadelphia cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest, mixing well.
  3. Combine Cream and Base: Once the base has cooled, pour the cream mixture over it and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Prepare Decoration: Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters, season with oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Decorate the Cheesecake: Decorate the cheesecake with cherry tomatoes, marjoram, basil, and Parmesan flakes.
