Ingredients

  1. fully baked potato - 1 (cut the top third off and scoop out the inside)
  2. butter - to taste
  3. sour cream - to taste
  4. milk - to taste (a little splash)
  5. sliced chives - to taste
  6. grated cheddar - to taste
  7. salt - to taste (for seasoning)
  8. pepper - to taste (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Scoop and Mash: Scoop out the inside of a fully baked potato. Mash the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, a splash of milk, sliced chives, and grated cheddar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fill and Bake: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the potato skins. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
