Instructions

  1. Prepare Couscous: Hydrate 50g of couscous with 50ml of water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Cheese: On a pan with the heat turned off, add coarsely grated Minas cheese or any cheese of your choice.
  3. Season: Season the hydrated couscous with salt and black pepper, then place it on top of the cheese in the pan.
