  11. vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C, using only the bottom heat.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Cut all the vegetables into cubes and remove seeds from peppers if any.
  3. Season the meat and vegetables: In a clay tray, combine the cut vegetables, meat, spices, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Bake: Place the tray in the middle of the oven and bake. For the first third of an hour, use only the bottom heat, then switch to top heat to finish cooking without drying out the meat and vegetables.
