Ingredients

  1. precooked chickpeas or other legumes - 800 g
  2. cumin - 1 tsp
  3. black pepper - 1 tsp
  4. chili flakes - 1 tsp
  5. isot (optional) - 1 tsp
  6. paprika - 1 tsp
  7. salt - 1 tsp
  8. red bell pepper - 1 (sliced)
  9. tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  10. grated tomato - 400 g
  11. small onions - 3 (grated)
  12. garlic cloves - 4-6 (grated)
  13. padron peppers or green peppers - 10-15
  14. extra virgin olive oil - ½ dl

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture: Combine all ingredients except for the parsley in a Fresh & Save container and mix well.
  2. Cook: Cook in an air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or in a conventional oven at 185 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) for 40 minutes.
  3. Final touches: Stir in the finely chopped parsley after cooking. Serve the dish with sliced red onions, fresh herbs, kebab chili, fresh lemon, flatbread, and yogurt.
