Ingredients

bun - 1 (sweet, almost dinner roll-like)
mashed potato ball - 1 (battered and fried, flavored with garlic, curry leaves, chilies, and ginger)
tamarind chutney - to taste
cilantro chutney - to taste
dry garlic chutney - to taste (generously)
fried chili - 1

Instructions

Prepare the bun: Spread tamarind chutney on the bottom side of the bun and cilantro chutney on the top side.
Add the potato ball: Place the fried mashed potato ball in the middle of the bun.
Season and serve: Season with dry garlic chutney and top with a fried chili.
