  8. Soy sauce - 1 tsp (5ml) (for flavor)
  9. Sake - 1 tsp (5ml) (for flavor)
  10. Mirin - 1 tsp (5ml) (for sweetness)
  11. Kombu - 1g (or MSG)
  12. Water - 2 tsp (10ml) (for cooking)
  13. Oyster sauce - 1/2 tbsp (11g) (for depth of flavor)
  14. Neutral oil - 1 tsp (5ml) (for cooking)

Instructions
