Instructions

  1. Prepare Mise en Place: Ensure your mise en place is ready with fillings prepared and covered with a damp towel to prevent drying out. Have a tray ready for the finished guoas, and keep guoa wrappers covered in a damp towel.
  2. Wrap the Guoa: Hold a guoa wrapper in your non-dominant hand. Place the filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edge of half the wrapper with water using your index finger. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a taco shape, using your dominant hand for folding and your non-dominant hand to support and pinch the edges together. Give a final firm pinch at the top to seal.
