Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: Marinate the steak using the classic Thai marinade as per the linked recipe.
  2. Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to a suitable temperature for grilling steak.
  3. Grill the steak with cross-hatch marks: Place the steak on the grill so that it points roughly to the 2:00 position. After some time, rotate it to the 10:00 position without flipping to create cross-hatch grill marks. Halfway through grilling time, flip the steak and repeat the process on the other side.
