Ingredients

  1. green onions - 4 (white parts only)
  2. ginger - 1.5 ounces
  3. corn oil - 5 tablespoons
  4. salt - 2 teaspoons
  5. toasted sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Mince the white parts of four green onions and 1.5 ounces of ginger. You can also use a food processor for this step.
  2. Cook Ginger and Scallion: Heat five tablespoons of corn oil to about 40 degrees Fahrenheit, then add the minced ginger. Cook for 15 seconds on medium heat, then cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Flavor the Sauce: Add two teaspoons of salt and a tablespoon of toasted sesame oil to the sauce, then give it a mix.
