Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Trim and cut the green beans in half. Slice the onions and chili peppers. Mince the garlic. Mince the pork, changing angles a few times.
  2. Make Stir Fry Sauce: Combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Fry Green Beans: Heat oil to 300°F in a wok. Fry the green beans in two batches, then set aside.
  4. Stir Fry: Pour out the excess oil. Add minced pork, some of the onion, and chili to the wok. Add back the green beans. Splash in some cooking wine, then add the previously made sauce. Thicken with cornstarch slurry. Finally, add the rest of the onions and chilies for a final stir fry.
  5. Serve: Plate and serve the stir fry.
