Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken lengthwise and add it to a mixture of milk and spices listed below the video. Leave it to marinate for at least an hour.
Prepare for Frying: Filter the chicken from the milk, coat it in flour, return it to the milk, and then coat it again in the flour.
Fry the Chicken: Fry the chicken in hot oil until it becomes crispy.
