Instructions

  1. Make the Pasta Dough: Create a well with flour on your cutting board. Crack 3 eggs into the center and whisk, gradually incorporating the flour.
  2. Knead the Dough: Once the dough starts to come together, knead it until smooth. Let it rest wrapped in plastic wrap.
  3. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the shallot and mince the garlic.
