Instructions
Make garlic fried rice (sinangag): Sauté garlic until it starts to brown. Add leftover rice and cook for 4 minutes. Add salt and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Fry potatoes: Fry potatoes until browned. Set aside to add later to corn beef.
Cook corn beef mixture: Sauté garlic and onion until onion softens. Add canned corn beef and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Combine fried potatoes with corn beef: Add fried potatoes to the corn beef mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Fry eggs: Fry eggs (2) to your preferred doneness.
Serve: Serve the garlic fried rice with the corn beef and fried potatoes mixture, topped with fried eggs.
