Ingredients

  3. XO sauce - 80g
  4. white sesame seeds - 1 tbsp (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Blanch Green Beans: Blanch the green beans in a pot of salted boiling water for 3 minutes. Refresh in ice-cold water, then drain and dry thoroughly. Toss with peanut oil.
  2. Preheat Pan: Preheat a large cast-iron pan in your Gozney Dome at full temperature.
  3. Sauté Green Beans: Add the green beans to the hot pan. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until they begin to blister and char slightly.
  4. Add XO Sauce: Add the XO sauce to the pan and stir thoroughly, ensuring the beans are evenly coated.
  5. Garnish: Garnish the beans with toasted white sesame seeds just before serving.
