Instructions

  1. Prepare Dry Rub: Mix salt, brown sugar, mustard powder, garlic powder, fennel powder, and paprika.
  2. Prepare Ribs: Remove the membrane from the ribs, apply yellow mustard, and coat with the dry rub.
  3. Cook Ribs: Wrap ribs in foil with apple cider vinegar and cook in the oven at 150°C for 3 hours.
  4. Make Barbecue Sauce: Combine ketchup, salt, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and magic seasoning. Heat until well mixed.
  5. Finish Ribs: Remove ribs from foil, glaze with barbecue sauce, and return to oven at 190°C to finish.
  6. Assemble Sandwich: On toasted Turkish bread, add ribs, pickles, and onions.
