Ingredients

  1. chicken thighs - 4 (with skin)
  2. olive oil - 60 ml
  3. Moroccan paprika - watch the video to see
  4. chili grind - 10 g
  5. garlic puree - 20 g (or garlic powder or crushed garlic cloves)
  6. salt - 2 g
  7. lemon juice - 75 ml

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  2. Marinate: Combine olive oil, Moroccan paprika, chili grind, garlic, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and massage the marinade into the meat.
  3. Air Fry: Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes per side, then flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
