Turns out it's not so hard, you just need fresh fish and some time. Oven Method: - Simmer small fish in salted water (3.5% salinity) for 4-5 Minutes - strain out fish and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper - bake in oven at 248f (120c) for 90 minutes - depending on the type of fish it may not be completely dried, if not fully dried, keep in oven until fully desiccated. Dehydrator method: - Clean fish - Put in a dehydrator at 140f (60c) overnight or until fully dried
