Ingredients

  2. jalapeño peppers - 3 (remove seeds)
  3. onion - 1 (use half)
  4. garlic - 4 cloves (minced)
  5. bacon - 500 g (cut into small pieces)

  8. tomatoes - 4 (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the zucchini and chop it into medium pieces. Chop the onion, garlic, and jalapeños.
  2. Cook the Bacon: Heat a saucepan with a little oil and add the bacon. Fry until crispy.
  3. Add Zucchini: Once the bacon is ready, add the chopped zucchini to the pan.
  4. Add Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook until everything is well mixed.
  5. Prepare the Sauce: In another pan, heat oil and add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chilies. Cook until the tomatoes release their juice.
  6. Blend the Sauce: Transfer the cooked sauce ingredients to a blender, add salt, and blend until smooth.
