  1. minced beef - 500 g (500 g)
  2. egg - 1
  3. onions - 2 (small, approximately 70 g total)
  4. potato flour - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)
  5. cream - 0.6 dl (0.6 dl)
  6. salt - 2 teaspoons (2 teaspoons)
  7. black pepper - 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon)
  8. oregano - 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon)
  9. paprika - 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon)
  10. San Marzano tomatoes - 10 (10 pieces)
  11. garlic - 8 cloves (8 cloves)
  12. olive oil - 3-4 tablespoons (3-4 tablespoons)
  13. red bell pepper - 1 (1)
  14. tomato paste - 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon)
  15. pasta water - 1 dl (1 dl)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture: Mix minced beef, egg, grated onions, potato flour, cream, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Form and Cook Meatballs: Form the mixture into small meatballs and air-fry them at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Pasta Sauce: Chop San Marzano tomatoes, red bell pepper, onions, and garlic into smaller pieces. Combine with olive oil, salt, pepper, and tomato paste in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1 dl of pasta water for the sauce.
  5. Blend Sauce: Let the cooked vegetables cool for 3-4 minutes, then blend with the reserved pasta water to a creamy consistency.
  6. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce. Serve immediately with the meatballs, grated cheese, and a drizzle of good olive oil.
