Instructions
- Slice Cucumber: Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandoline or grater.
- Salt and Rest: Mix with a little salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Drain Cucumber: Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using your hands or a clean cloth.
