Ingredients
- ripe avocados - 3 (spisemodne)
- organic lime zest - 1/2 (from 1/2 lime)
- organic lemon zest - 1/4 (from 1/4 lemon)
- garlic clove - 1 (hvidløg)
- small red onion - 1 (grated or finely chopped)
- lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- salt - to taste (to taste, slightly undersalted)
- chopped coriander - a good handful (including finely chopped stems for flavor and crunch)
Instructions
- Prepare avocados: Mash 3 ripe avocados in a bowl.
- Add zest and juices: Mix in the zest of 1/2 organic lime and 1/4 organic lemon.
- Add remaining ingredients: Add 1 clove of garlic, 1 small grated or finely chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt to taste (slightly undersalted), and a good handful of chopped coriander, including the stems, finely chopped.
- Combine and serve: Stir all ingredients until well combined. Serve as desired.
