Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: Toast the puulla chiles and chile de árbol, then blend with tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Cook the Tuna: Chop onion, grate carrots, and sauté with tuna, tomatoes, and serrano chili. Add salt to taste.
