Ingredients

  1. zucchini - 1 kilo (dug up)
  2. medium onion - 1
  3. minced meat - watch the video to see
  4. salt - watch the video to see (to taste)
  5. seven spices - watch the video to see (a sprinkle)
  6. oil - watch the video to see (for frying and a tablespoon for grilling)
  7. yogurt - 1 and a half kilo
  8. starch - 1.5 tablespoon (a tablespoon and a half)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Stuffing: Fry the onion in a little oil until wilted. Add minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt and seven spices.
  2. Stuff the Zucchini: Hollow out the zucchini and stuff with the meat mixture. Grill with a tablespoon of oil until slightly browned.
  3. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce: Mix yogurt with starch and whisk well. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.
  4. Combine and Cook: Add the grilled zucchini to the yogurt sauce. Season with salt to taste. Let it cook until the zucchini is tender and the sauce thickens.
