Instructions

  1. Prepare Sugar Water: Add sugar and water until they dissolve.
  2. Layer Cake Base: Grind the sugar water mixture and add a layer of cake base on top.
  3. Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients: Sift the dry ingredients. Separately, mix the egg whites with a quarter cup of warm water and vanilla, then combine with the egg yolks.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until light and fluffy.
  5. Bake: Divide the mixture into the prepared baking setup and bake until light as a feather.
  6. Add Cream and Knafeh: After baking, add the cream on top of the cake, followed by the fried knafeh.
  7. Final Layering: Add another layer of cake on top and soak in milk for the desired texture.
