Ingredients

  7. garlic chives - to taste (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  8. garlic - 3 cloves (smashed and chopped)
  9. Korean chili pepper flakes - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons (for sauce)
  10. Korean chili paste - 1 tablespoon (for sauce)
  11. soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (for sauce)
  12. oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon (for sauce)
  13. mirin - 1 tablespoon (for sauce)
  14. sugar - 1 tablespoon (for sauce)
  15. water - 1/3 cup (for sauce)
  16. toasted sesame oil - 1 tablespoon (for finishing)
  17. toasted sesame seeds - to taste (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep Noodles and Vegetables: Soak noodles, slice vegetables, and prepare sauce ingredients.
  2. Make Sauce: Combine chili pepper flakes, chili paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, sugar, and water.
  3. Cook Pork: Cook pork in a pan until golden brown, add garlic, then vegetables, and stir-fry.
  4. Combine with Noodles and Sauce: Add noodles and sauce to the pan, stir-fry until noodles are cooked and sauce is absorbed.
  5. Finish and Serve: Add bell peppers, garlic chives, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning and serve.
