Instructions
- Prepare the cucumber: Crack the cucumber into cubes using two chopsticks. Flip it and then cut into smaller pieces if necessary.
- Salt the cucumber: Place the cucumber pieces in a bowl and salt them generously. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
