Chop vegetables: Finely chop 1 red bell pepper, 1 fresh red chili, and 10-15 flavorful tomatoes.
Combine with other ingredients: In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3/4 dl of good olive oil, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1-2 tablespoons of siracha, 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste), the zest of 1/2 organic lime, the zest of 1/4 organic lemon, 1 clove of garlic, 1 grated or finely chopped red onion, the juice of half a lemon, and the juice of half a lime.
Add coriander and serve: Stir in a good handful of chopped coriander. Let the salsa sit to enhance flavors or serve immediately.
