  9. baking soda - 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare cookie mixture: Mix sugars, seed oil, water, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda, then add to wet ingredients along with couverture.
  2. Chill dough: Cover and refrigerate the dough for 12 to 24 hours.
