Ingredients

  1. steak - 1 kilo (any kind of meat with fat, 1 kilo)
  2. steak spices - to taste (or seven spices if not available)
  3. black pepper - to taste
  4. salt - to taste
  5. butter - to taste (a little)
  6. oil - to taste (a little)
  7. rosemary - a few sprigs (a few sprigs)
  8. garlic cloves - to taste (a lot)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and Season the Steak: Mix steak spices with salt and sprinkle all over the steak slices.
  2. Cook the Steak: Add a little butter and oil in a frying pan, place the steak slices, and add rosemary sprigs. Cook on high heat initially, then keep turning them.
