  8. Mirin - 0.5 tbsp (7.5ml) (for sweetness)
  9. Ginger - 1 tsp (8g) (minced)
  10. Oyster sauce - 1 tsp (7g) (for depth of flavor)
  11. Carrot - 100g (diced)
  12. Mushroom - 150g (sliced)
  13. Green onion - 50g (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Season salmon with salt and sake.
  2. Cook the Rice: In a rice cooker, combine rice, water, kombu, and cook.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Add salmon to the rice cooker for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
