desiccated or shredded coconut - 1 cup (plus extra for coating)
rum - 30-60ml (adjust to taste, can be omitted for a non-alcoholic version)
Instructions
Crush Biscuits: Crush your milk arrowroot biscuits using a bag and rolling pin or a blender/food processor.
Mix Ingredients: Add the cocoa powder, coconut, condensed milk, and rum to the crushed biscuits and mix well. It's recommended to use your hands for mixing as the mixture is quite thick.
Prepare Coconut Coating: Add extra desiccated coconut onto a plate or bowl.
Form and Coat Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and cover with the extra coconut. Place the rum balls on a tray lined with baking paper.
Chill to Set: Place the tray in the fridge to set the rum balls.
