Instructions

  1. Prepare Broth: Begin with adding a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of homemade instant Ramen broth, and another teaspoon of instant dashi into a bowl.
  2. Add Noodles: Add a bunch of homemade instant noodles to the bowl.
  3. Add Boiling Water: Cover the noodles with boiling water and let it sit on the side for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Toppings: Afterwards, add Nori seaweed, a soft (now hard) boiled egg, and fried bacon on the side. Finish with finely chopped spring onions in the center.
