Ingredients

  1. agar powder - 10g (10g)
  2. sugar - 90g (90g)
  3. pandan leaves - 12 leaves (12 leaves, washed and cut into small pieces)
  4. water - 700ml (700ml total, divided)
  5. coconut juice - 300ml (300ml)
  6. young coconut meat - 100g (100g, thinly sliced)
  7. coconut milk - 200ml (200ml)
  8. yogurt - 100ml (100ml)
  9. ice - watch the video to see (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Prepare pandan juice: Blend 12 pandan leaves with 200ml filtered water to extract pandan juice.
  2. Mix jelly and sugar: Mix 10g agar powder with 90g sugar.
  3. Heat liquids: In a pot, combine 500ml water and 300ml coconut juice and heat.
  4. Combine and boil: Add the agar and sugar mixture along with pandan juice to the pot and boil for about 7 minutes.
  5. Set jelly: Pour the mixture into molds, add thinly sliced young coconut meat, let cool and solidify, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve: Cut the jelly into square pieces, add ice to a glass, add pandan jelly, a little yogurt, and a little coconut milk. Stir and enjoy.
