Instructions

  1. Prepare Banana Puree: Blend the bananas with some cold milk or water to make a puree.
  2. Cook Custard: Boil milk until reduced by 50%, then add custard powder mix. Cook on a slow flame for about 10 minutes until slightly thick.
  3. Add Banana Puree: Add the banana puree to the custard and cook for another 5 minutes, adding sugar to taste.
  4. Cool Down: Pour the custard into a bowl and let it cool down.
  5. Prepare Mulberry Compote: Stew mulberries with sugar on a slow flame until juicy. Let it cool down to become syrupy.
  6. Serve: Serve the custard with a scoop of ice cream and topped with mulberry compote.
