Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat: Grind the Angus beef to ensure it's pure meat with no heart or liver. Lightly age the beef for tenderness.
  2. Mix ingredients: Combine the ground beef with breadcrumbs and an egg. Mix well.
  3. Form patties: Standardize the portions, wet hands before rolling the meat into balls to prevent sticking, then flatten into patties.
  4. Cook patties: Cook the patties at 180°C (356°F) until desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top and let them melt with the fire off.
  5. Assemble the burger: Layer the sauce, chopped onion, salad, and meat patties with cheese between the burger buns. Repeat the layering for a double stack.
