Instructions

  1. Prepare the meat: Grind the Angus beef to ensure it's pure meat with no heart or liver. Lightly age the beef for tenderness.
  2. Mix ingredients: Combine the ground beef with breadcrumbs and an egg. Mix well.
  3. Form patties: Standardize the portions, wet hands before rolling the meat into balls to prevent sticking, then flatten into patties.
