  7. chopped mint - 2 tablespoons
  8. chopped parsley - 1/4 bunch
  9. dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  10. Knorr chicken cube - 1
  11. grated kefalotyri - 50g
  12. medium egg - 1
  13. salt - to taste
  14. pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Onion and Garlic: Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until caramelized.
