  3. chopped scallions - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  4. vegetable broth - 50 ml (mixed with salt)
  5. salt - 1/2 teaspoon (mixed with vegetable broth)

  7. sesame oil - 1 tablespoon (for drizzling at the end)
  8. sesame seeds - watch the video to see (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare zucchini: Slice the zucchini diagonally into 0.5 cm thick pieces, then julienne them.
  2. Sauté garlic: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add zucchini and scallions: Add the julienned zucchini and chopped scallions to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add broth and salt: When the zucchini is halfway cooked, pour in the vegetable broth mixed with salt. Cover the pan and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Finish and serve: Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Optionally season with black pepper. Serve warm or cold.
