Instructions
Prepare Dipping Sauce: Slice chilies finely, mix with fish sauce and lime juice.
Cooking: Sauté shallot and garlic in oil, add prawns, then vegetables. Push to one side, fry egg in the same wok, then add rice. Season with oyster sauce, a bit of fish sauce, and sugar.
Serving: Serve with the prepared dipping sauce, cucumber, and lime wedges.
